Can customers see when the technician is coming?
Yes. When the technician taps “On the way”, the customer’s link updates straight away, and again when work starts and finishes.
Can I sell products and book visits on the same page?
Yes. An electrical or hardware shop can take product orders and visit bookings from one card.
Do customers need an app?
No. Everything opens in the phone’s browser.
