Kitchen display system on any tablet
Replace paper KOTs with a kitchen screen. Orders appear on the chef’s tablet oldest first, with a timer that turns amber then red. One tap marks them cooking or ready, and the counter and the guest see it at once.

Order in, food out, nobody shouting
Ticket appears
Each accepted order shows its token, table or takeaway, and every dish with its size.
Chef taps Start
The ticket moves to cooking and the guest’s status changes to “Preparing”.
Chef taps Ready
The counter is told, and the guest sees “Your order is ready! Show token #12 at the counter.”
What your KDS does
Waiting timer
Each ticket shows how long it has waited and turns amber, then red, so nothing is forgotten.
Token numbers
Every order gets a token that starts again from 1 each day. Guests see it on their phone.
Table numbers
Orders from table QR codes show the table, so food reaches the right guest.
KOT printing
Prefer paper too? Print kitchen order tickets and bills from the orders desk.
Staff login by QR
Kitchen staff scan your staff QR and sign in with their own PIN. They see only tickets, never payments.
No hardware to buy
Runs in the browser of any Android tablet, iPad, laptop or smart TV you already have.
Guests know when food is ready
Every order made from your card or at the counter gets a token number. Guests follow it live on their phone, so there’s no crowd at the counter asking for updates.
What does it cost?
The kitchen screen, table QR ordering, bill and KOT printing and 2 staff logins are on Premium at ₹2,499 a year; Business at ₹4,999 a year adds 10 staff logins and sales reports. Online orders with token numbers start on Standard at ₹999 a year. Prices include GST, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Compare plans.
The same screen works outside restaurants too: shops get a Packing screen and salons or garages a Jobs screen.
Questions about kitchen display system
What is a kitchen display system (KDS)?
It’s a screen in the kitchen that shows orders instead of paper tickets. Chefs see what to cook, in order, and tap when it’s started and ready, so the counter and guests know straight away.
What hardware do I need?
Any tablet, laptop or smart TV with a web browser and internet. There’s nothing to install and no special screen to buy.
Does it work with a bump bar?
No. Chefs tap the ticket on a touchscreen. A bump bar isn’t supported.
How does the token system work?
Each order gets a token number that restarts at 1 every day. Guests see their token and its status live on their phone, and the screen shows when it’s ready to collect.
Can I still print KOTs?
Yes, on Premium and Business you can print kitchen order tickets and bills from the orders desk, along with or instead of the kitchen screen.
