Questions about banquet hall booking
How do customers check if my venue is free on a date?
They open your page from your QR code, link or the marketplace, choose the date and morning, evening or full day. Booked sessions show as booked; free ones can be requested.
Can I take a morning and an evening event on the same day?
Yes. Morning and evening are booked separately. A full-day booking blocks both.
What if I have a lawn and a hall?
Set events per session to 2, and two events can be booked for the same morning or evening.
Do customers pay online when they book?
No. They send a booking request and you call them to agree the price. They can pay the advance by UPI straight to your account.
Is it really free?
